Summer Youth Camp 2019


The Cheon Jeong Gung Headquarters and the Hyojeong Cultural Center will be jointly hosting True Parents’ 2019 Summer Hyojeong Culture and Arts Youth Camp in commemoration of the 7th Anniversary of True Father’s Holy Ascension.

It is our hope that this Hyojeong Culture and Arts Academy and Youth Camp can support our talented youth in expressing their devotion for the upcoming 7th Anniversary of True Father’s Holy Ascension, and in creating a culture of heart through the arts.

When: July 30 - August 19, 2019

Where: Hyojeong Cultural Center (Previously Cheongshim International Youth Center) & HyoJeong CheonWon Complex, Korea


  • 16 years of age or older

  • Artistically gifted youth (need to be able to dance and sing)

  • A young member who practices a model life of faith (includes first-generation members who have lived a model life of faith and been attending church for at least two years)

  • Needs to be able to speak Korean, Japanese, or English

Fees: True Parents’ special grant will cover all workshop fees for international participants.


  • Musical performance for the 7th anniversary of True Father’s Holy Ascension

  • Special lectures and session on the arts and the culture of heart (vocal training, dance, acting)

  • Education (Divine Principle and True Parents’ life courses)

  • Networking and cultural exchange among talented people in the arts and culture of heart

What to prepare:

  • 3-color Exposition of the Divine Principle book

  • Pen and paper/notebook

  • Personal medications

  • Pocket money

  • Personal toiletries

  • Slippers (indoor shoes) & sneakers or trainers

  • Dress pants for brothers and sisters (dresses and skirts are permitted for sisters)

  • White t-shirts (at least two)

  • Tracksuit (for daily training)

  • FM radio (for language interpretation, no smartphone) & earphones that can be worn while dancing

  • Travel insurance document (in case of need for hospital treatment)
